DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A TRAVEL PERMIT

• Completed travel permit application form

 

• Copy of an identity document

    

• Two recent passport-size photos 

   

• Check or money order of $50 payable to the Embassy of Chad in Washington DC  We do not accept documents sent by e-mail or WhatsApp.  

  

All documents must be mailed to the Embassy’s address with a pre-paid return envelope.

  

The processing time for any application is one week.
