On July 31, 2023, the Embassy of Morocco in the United States organized a splendid celebration of the Throne Day at its chancery located at 3508 International Dr NW, Washington, DC 20008. The event was honored by the distinguished presence of the Ambassador of Chad to the United States, H.E. Kitoko Gata. 

Accompanied by his diplomatic team, the representative of the Ambassador of Morocco to the United States warmly welcomed the guests, including eminent personalities from the political world, representatives from other embassies, members of the Moroccan community residing in the United States, as well as representatives from civil society and the private sector. 

The celebration continued with moments of sharing and friendly exchanges over a buffet of traditional Moroccan dishes, providing an opportunity to experience the richness of Moroccan culinary culture. 

This commemoration of the Throne Day in Washington, DC, allowed the guests to celebrate together the unity, stability, and development of Morocco, while strengthening diplomatic and friendly ties between Morocco and Chad. This memorable day will remain engraved in the memories, testifying to the importance of relations between these two nations and their mutual commitment to a promising and prosperous future.
