In a warm and festive atmosphere, Mrs. Gata Kitoko, Ambassador of Chad, responded to the invitation of the Embassy of Portugal and the Regional Government of Madeira to celebrate a toast to America. The event took place at the residence of the Portuguese Ambassador in Washington D.C. and brought together many Portuguese executives, long-time friends, as well as ambassadors of brotherly countries.

This colourful evening was an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the participating countries. The presence of many Portuguese officials testifies to the importance attached to bilateral relations between Portugal and the countries represented.
