AMBASSADOR KITOKO GATA NGOULOU
has been working as a senior consultant since 2008, offering her expertise to various organizations and companies worldwide. She has also provided her services to several African countries, including Chad, Zanzibar, Guinea-Bissau, Cameroon, and South Africa. Throughout her career, she has undertaken diverse roles, such as conducting market risk and potential analyses for deployment, negotiating partnerships and contracts with multiple governments in the energy sector, and selecting candidate companies for partnerships in implementing development projects across Africa.
For over 9 years, Kitoko Gata was entrusted with the task of formulating strategies to attract investments and promote her country to potential investors. She played a pivotal role in overseeing and monitoring projects under the purview of general management. Moreover, she was responsible for identifying financial partners to support development policies and actively engaged in lobbying other African countries for membership in FAGACE. Between 2009 and 2012, Kitoko served as an institutional lobbyist in Western countries at the prestigious French lobbying firm, Prestige Communication, where she represented President Idriss Deby. Since 2015, she has held the esteemed position of roving ambassador for the Republic of Chad, tirelessly representing the country's interests abroad. In January 2023, her dedication and capabilities were acknowledged when she was appointed as the plenipotentiary and extraordinary ambassador of Chad to the United States of America by President Mahmat Deby Itno.
In addition to her diplomatic endeavors, Kitoko Gata is the visionary founder and president of the Black Majesty Association. This organization strives to celebrate and promote Africa, its abundant resources, and its diverse people by fostering collaboration among black individuals from all corners of the globe through structured projects. The association also focuses on supporting the development and economy of black communities, while making significant contributions to the sustainable socio-cultural and economic advancement of Africa as a whole.
